once we have agreed a design concept with the client and discussed the feasibility of the scheme with the design team, we may produce rendered illustrations of our designs using hand sketches, photoshop computer visuals, or more recently, building 3d computer models, which can be rendered using light-accurate computer software, based upon manufacturer's photometric data.
