during detail design, we develop the design documentation so that it can be successfully tendered to electrical contractors. the lighting plans and specification will be completed to a very high level of detail to enable a contractor to accurately price our lighting scheme and put together a precise bid for review.

our lighting design documentation will include lighting details and elevations describing how all luminaries are to be fixed and installed, together with a lighting control schedule indicating how the luminaires should be grouped for connection to a dimming system.
