Temporary Galleries - Royal Academy of Arts – temporary exhibitions

DHA Designs were asked by Ivor Heal Design to light the Van Dyck retrospective in Antwerp, and then again when it toured to the Royal Academy of Arts in 1999.  Since then, DHA Designs have worked on around 40 exhibitions for the RA, with many different external designers and architects.  Their most recent design was for Australia (2013).

DHA Designs were also asked to overhaul the lighting stock in 2001 for The Genius of Rome and researched and specified a flexible range of fixtures that are still in use today.  Highlights of their many collaborations would include Aztecs (2002); Turks (2005); Byzantium (2008) and Van Gogh (2010).  DHA Designs have also had the privilege of working directly with many artists at the RA including Terry Frost, Jake & Dinos Chapman, and David Hockney.
